In town visiting family and thought we we ordered some takeout. Place was clean and organized and had friendly staff. Crawfish etouffee was pretty good. We also got the steamed shrimp plate. The smoked sausage that came with it was awesome. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and the right amount of seasoning, at least for me. 2 small potatoes and a large ear of corn. The cocktail sauce appears to be homemade and tastes great. Definitely will return for the shrimp.
I had the shrimp boil, red beans and rice and raw oysters. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Next I'm going to buy some fish to cook at home. Thanks for a very pleasant surprise!
This was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! To be a Florida girl visiting Tennessee he had FRESH NEVER FROZEN seafood and when he cooked it for my family and I to enjoy, it was delicious. The gentleman at the front was soo pleasant and helpful and it was 8 of us! He provided an excellent experience and the seafood definitely will have us coming back again when we visit! ITS NOT JUST A MARKET HE COOKS IT FOR YOU!!!!!!
It's a seafood market that has shrimp boil, shrimp po boys, oysters on the half shell and sometime jambalaya or gumbo that you can eat at their store. Very friendly people run this place and the shrimp boil plate is so, so, so good. They have the seafood brought in fresh from the Gulf each week. Excellent quality.
My daughter and I randomly stopped in during a road trip based on a Google search in the area. Great choice! We had the shrimp po'boy, oyster po'boy and fried green tomatoes. All were fresh, hot and A+ quality and taste. The owner was there with her daughter and they obviously take a lot of pride in their bright and clean store. It is small, with only two tables, so not the best for eat-in. They also are not wearing masks (currently April 2021), which I know some aren't looking for but we actually prefer masks. Not taking anything away from the stars, just as an FYI for those who are interested. We would definitely go back.
